iQmodularhomes was founded on the belief that there is a smarter way to build your custom home or commercial building.  Modular construction in a protected environment makes more sense than building outside in the rain and snow.  Homes can be completed in less time because site work can be done at the same time your home is built in the factory.  Allowing our customers to educate themselves and understand every step of our design and building process provides for a better customer experience.

iQ Modular Homes Inc. was formed in 2011 as a result of a management change in Sterling Modular Homes, Inc.  While there were not many complaints about the  building methods and quality of the homes, we listened to the concerns of our customers and realized that we needed to redefine the customer experience.  With a new professional management team we are able to provide a better quality home with improved communication and transparency in the building process.  We know that satisfied customers are one of our most valuable assets.
